Frequently asked questions

Step 1. Hover over ‘shop products’ in the top bar or use the Keyword search boxes located on the top right of every page

Step 2. Select the product category (toys, bathing, etc.)

Step 3. Select your preferred product, colour option and quantity and click on ‘add to bag.’  Your item is now in your bag. Once you’ve added an item to your shopping cart, keep searching until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your shopping cart at any time by simply clicking on the bag at the top of the page and then clicking on the “view basket” button. Your product list will appear. Select the products you wish to buy and click on the check-out button on the bottom right of the page.

Step 4. Check out

  • To enter checkout, click on the ‘proceed to checkout.
  • If you are a returning customer, please log in at the top of the page.
  • If you have a voucher, please enter your voucher code
  • Complete the billing address. If the billing and shipping addresses differ,
    please tick the box next to “ship to a different address?” and complete the
    fields.
  • Select your delivery method in the box called “your order” on the right of the
    screen.
  • Select your payment method in the box called “your order” on the right of the
    screen
  • Accept the Terms and Conditions and click on “Place order”.
  • A complete order summary will now display with all your order details. Please
    ensure that all information, including your delivery details, is correct.

We accept the following payment methods:
Credit card
Debit card
EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) / direct bank deposit

When you pay via credit or debit card, our secure site will take you to our 3rd party payment service, PayFast. There you will enter your card details after selecting the “Place Order” button. 3D secure payment confirmation will also happen here. Upon completion, you will be taken to the Thank You page on our site, snookums.co.za. For more information on PayFast and their security, please refer to their website https://payfast.io.

It’s an authentication system that adds an extra layer of protection against fraud. All South African banks use 3D SecureCode to protect their clients, which is excellent for us but not so good for credit card fraudsters.
To activate your card for online shopping, contact your Bank to activate your Credit Card with 3D SecureCode. You can usually do this on your online banking system. Your cellphone will be handy as your Bank will contact you via SMS with your SecureCode.

You can only order online via our online shop. Due to security reasons, we do not accept orders via telephone, fax or email.

If you pay by EFT or direct bank deposit, please email your proof of payment to orders@snookums.co.za. Your order will be processed as soon as your payment is reflected in our bank statement (this could take up to 3 days)

If paying by credit or debit card, there is no need to send us proof of payment – it happens automatically.

We outsource delivery to third-party couriers, who cannot accept payment. All orders need to be paid for before they are dispatched, so Cash On Delivery is not possible.

To create an account, go to the XXXX page and then click on ‘Create account’. Fill in your details, press the save button and your account will be created. Now do a little happy dance.

You can change your address by logging in to your snookums.co.za account. Go to Login and click on “Edit account details.” Click ‘Save Changes’ at the bottom of the page once all your details have been updated.

If you’re having trouble logging in, please make sure you are using the correct email address and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, don’t worry about it. Resetting your password will take care of it.

If you can’t remember your password, go to the Login page and click “Lost your
password?” Enter your email address, and we’ll email you a link to reset it. Sorted!

Go to Login and click on “Edit account details,” and enter a new email address. Click ‘Save Changes’ at the bottom of the page to make sure your new email address has been stored.
