Courier & Delivery

What are my delivery options?

AdvaCare offers two methods of delivery of your order to you. You may elect delivery via:

  • courier; or
  • self-collection at 6 Traka Street, Stikland Industrial, Cape Town, 7530

Please contact orders@advacare.co.za if you would like us to courier your order outside South Africa.

Kindly note that delivery options may be disabled or changed at the discretion of snookums.co.za if we believe that circumstances outside our reasonable control will result in failure to deliver such as an industrial dispute or strike.

What will delivery cost me?

Free delivery for purchases with an order value of R500 (including VAT) or more. For purchases less than R500 (including VAT) a delivery fee of R65 (including VAT) will be charged.

When will my order be delivered? (For all orders within SA)

The countdown in terms of the shipping period begins once your payment has been authorised. For credit cards, this means that once the bank gives us an authorisation code. For EFT payments, this means once the funds are reflected in our bank account.

Orders are picked up daily at 12.00 SAT, therefore all orders received after this time will only be dispatched the following working day, provided there is stock and payment confirmation into our bank account.

All local orders are dispatched via our courier service. Courier service deliveries will take between 2-5 working days and is area dependent. Delivery will only be done between 8am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays to the address provided by you.

The courier company will always attempt to deliver to your door. If delivery is not completed the couriers will attempt delivery again on their next delivery run. Someone must be available THE ENTIRE DAY to receive the collection. Due to the courier driver’s daily delivery requirements of hundreds of packages, they are unable to provide everyone with precise delivery times. Delivery will thus occur at different times depending on where you are along the route.

It is not always realistic to expect the courier drivers to contact you via phone. Faulty intercoms and high-security communities can cause some difficulties. Please make sure the necessary security people are aware of the delivery.

When do I get my tracking number?

Once your parcel is ready for dispatch, we will send you your tracking number. It can take a few hours for the courier to receive and load your parcel onto their system before you can track your goodies.

Where is my parcel?

If you did not receive a tracking number, don’t forget to check your junk mail. If it isn’t there, please contact us at orders@advacare.co.za. Orders will not be processed outside business hours; these orders will be processed the next business day.

Can I deliver to Friends and family?

Yes, you can. Please ensure you enter the friend or family member’s address in the ‘shipping address’ field upon checking out. The ‘billing address’ field would then be your address. The recipient may be asked for proof of identity upon delivery.
