Care Instructions
- Wash all parts that contact milk after each use with warm, soapy water
- Rinse thoroughly and allow to air-dry completely on a clean rack (no cloths)
- Sterilise at least once daily (FDA & CDC guidance, especially for newborns and premature babies)
- Fully disassemble before placing in dishwasher; top-rack only. Do not wash motor unit or silicone valves on bottom rack

Can I pump on one side while feeding my baby on the other?
Yes. The pump can be switched to single-side use, allowing you to breastfeed on one side while expressing milk on the other.
How long does the battery last, and how do I recharge it?
A full charge takes about 1 hour and provides ±1.5 hours of use. Recharge with the included USB adaptor, or connect to a computer, power bank, or car charger.
Is it noisy?
No. The motor is designed to be low-noise, making it discreet for night or work use.
Will it hurt?
The silicone cushion is designed for comfort and adapts to your breast. Lactation specialists often recommend placing a few drops of breast milk in the funnel before pumping to help improve comfort and seal.
How often should I sterilise the parts?
Wash after every use with warm, soapy water. Sterilise once daily using the Snookums Microwave Steam Steriliser, Snookums Electric Steriliser, or boiling/steam method. This is in line with FDA and CDC guidance.
What’s the difference between single and double pumping?
Double pumping saves time by expressing both breasts at once, while single pumping can be used when feeding baby on the other side or when less output is needed.
